We use so many products daily with a laundry list of ingredients, Peppermint oil is an excellent safe and natural alternative. According to New Directions Aromatics, Peppermint oil has been known to reduce pain and muscle tension and even help stop the growth of damaging bacteria.

Peppermint Oil For Congestion

In your diffuser add:

2 drops Peppermint

2 drops Eucalyptus

3 drops Lemon or Orange

Peppermint Oil For Spiders/Bugs/Ants/Mice/Rodents

Use small spray bottle

6-8 oz Distilled Water

2-3 drops Peppermint

2 drops Eucalyptus


Place cotton balls around trouble areas (cracks/holes/entryways) with few drops of Peppermint (Womans World)

Peppermint Oil Chest Rub/Muscle Tension Relief – *GREAT FOR MASSAGES*

2 tablespoons carrier oil or moisturizer of choice

3 drops Peppermint oil

3 drops Tea Tree oil

2 drops Ylang Ylang oil

2 drops Ginger oil

*Always ensure your oils are properly/carefully diluted. Do a small skin patch test on you or your partner to ensure there is no irritation before applying over a larger surface.
